Eazifit Blinds is a UK supplier of made-to-measure blinds and shutters, specialising in innovative no-drill window solutions including Perfect Fit®, CLIC blinds and Shutters Lite. The business wanted a modern e-commerce website that would allow customers to accurately configure and purchase bespoke products online while simplifying what is traditionally a complicated ordering process.
Eazifit Blinds approached Paper Voice to create a fully bespoke e-commerce website capable of handling made-to-measure products with complex pricing and product configuration.
Unlike a standard online shop, every product required customers to enter precise measurements, select from numerous product options and receive an accurate price instantly. The website also needed to integrate seamlessly with the manufacturer’s order processing system, reducing administration and ensuring orders could be processed efficiently.
Alongside the technical functionality, the website needed to be clean, intuitive and simple enough for customers with no previous experience of ordering made-to-measure blinds online.
Paper Voice designed and developed a bespoke WooCommerce website tailored specifically to the requirements of the blinds industry.
We implemented advanced made-to-measure product configuration, allowing customers to enter exact measurements, select colours and specifications, and receive accurate pricing automatically. Complex shipping rules were developed to accommodate different product types and delivery regions, while bespoke functionality was created to streamline the customer journey from product selection through to checkout.
One of the most significant elements of the project was the integration with the manufacturer’s external order processing system. We developed a bespoke XML export solution that automatically converts customer orders into the required format, significantly reducing manual administration and helping to improve operational efficiency.
The website was fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, with SEO best practices incorporated throughout the build to maximise search visibility and support future business growth.
