Northstar 3PL approached Paper Voice ahead of the launch of their new brand and required a professional website that would establish their digital presence and clearly communicate a modern approach to third-party logistics.
Rather than creating a traditional logistics website, the aim was to develop something clean, contemporary and straightforward that reflected the technology behind the service.
The website needed to explain B2B and B2C fulfilment in an accessible way while demonstrating how Northstar can manage inventory, orders, packaging, distribution and returns on behalf of its customers.
An equally important part of the project was showcasing the technology available to Northstar customers, including their online fulfilment portal and integrations with the systems businesses already use.

Dedicated content explains the company’s B2B and e-commerce fulfilment capabilities, inventory management and returns services, while clear calls to action encourage businesses to start a conversation with the Northstar team.
The website also provides direct access to Northstar’s fulfilment portal, allowing customers to manage their logistics operation and maintain visibility of inventory and orders from one central platform.
Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, the website has been designed with scalability in mind, providing Northstar 3PL with a digital presence capable of developing alongside the business.
